How much/often should I drink Hydrogen water?

You can drink hydrogen water as frequently as you would like! Hydrogen water can replace all of your regular water consumption. 

If you are wanting every ounce of water you drink to be enriched with hydrogen, you would want to consider getting a Server or H2 Machine. 

The purpose of our Echo Go and Echo Go+ bottles are to give you a concentrated high does shot of hydrogen. Using this bottle doesn't need to replace all of your water you drink.
