However, the Echo 7, 9, 9 Ultra, and Retro (NHM 130) are no longer covered under warranty due to the discontinuation of these models.
Here’s how our warranty process works:
- If you purchased directly through EchoWater.com, there’s no need to register your product—you’re automatically covered. For any warranty claims, simply submit them here.
- If you purchased through a third-party retailer or vendor, you must register your product before filing a warranty claim. You can do both here.
