- Third-Party Purchases: If you bought your Echo product from a third-party retailer, you can register your product and/or file a warranty claim HERE.

Our warranty ensures that shipping, repairs, or replacement costs are covered according to your current warranty terms:
- Year 1: 100% of expenses are covered.
- Subsequent Years: Coverage decreases by 25% each year within the warranty period.
