How to Install O-Rings on Your RO (Reverse Osmosis) Machine

Welcome to your easy, step-by-step guide for installing O-rings on your Reverse Osmosis (RO) machine! By following these simple instructions, you’ll help prevent leaks and keep your filter system running smoothly.

Installation

Step 1: Remove the T33 Filter

First things first, remove the top cover of your filter system. Find the T33 filter – it’s the fourth and final filter in line. Give it a quarter turn to the left (counterclockwise) to unlock it. Once it's unlocked, carefully pull the T33 filter out of its housing.

Step 2: Prepare the O-Rings

Locate the bag with your O-rings, which should have come with your machine or been sent separately. Open it up and take out the O-rings, getting them ready for the next step.

Step 3: Install the O-Rings

Take a look at the two ports on the T33 filter where water flows through. Now, slide one O-ring over each port using your fingers, making sure to push them all the way down to the bottom. Easy, right?Step 4: Reinstall the T33 Filter

With your new O-rings in place, it’s time to reinstall the T33 filter. Position the filter so that the number is facing the right side (if you’re facing the front with the screen). Push it down firmly to ensure a snug fit with the O-rings, then twist it to the right (clockwise) until it locks securely back in place.

Step 5: Prevent Leaks

By installing the O-rings correctly, you’ve done a great job preventing leaks! 🎉 If you still notice any warning lights, it could be due to a bit of leftover water. Let the machine dry thoroughly, especially the sensor at the bottom, and any remaining leak notifications should disappear.
