Studies showed benefits after using only15 minutes 2-3 times a week. The Machine has 15, 30, 45, 60 minute intervals. We ask that you don't run the machine longer than 60 minutes at a time, but you are welcome to stay in the hydrogenated bath for as long as you would like.
