The water that is used inside is distilled water so there is not a likelihood of bacterial growth.
Using the sodium hypochlorite solution made from The Echo Clean, pour the solution into the inside of the machine and this will kill germs and bacteria. You could also use 5% white vinegar to clean out the upper tank.
- DO NOT run the machine with this solution in
- Next drain the solution out.
- Do this by going to the back of the machine, take out the left plug to drain the solution out of it. Do this by holding down the blue ring and slip the plug out
- Rinse it out by pouring distilled water inside, then open the plug in the back, and then drain it out again.
