Yes, you need all 3 tubes connected when using the Echo Refresh. These are the 3 channel ports - H2 Outputs and 1 Oxygen Output. You can choose on the machine how much Hydrogen and Oxygen output you would like. You can create a brown gas mixture (hydrogen and oxygen), pure oxygen or pure hydrogen alone, but you need all 3 of them connected.
