How To File A Shipping Claim

If you run into an issue upon delivery (you never received your item, the item arrived damaged/defective, or the wrong product was delivered) - You can file a warranty claim with us within 2 weeks by visiting our return portal here

  • Please keep in mind that claims need to be submitted within 2 weeks of receiving your item.
  • If your item says “delivered” but has not arrived, please wait 3 business days before filing a claim. We have seen packages show up within this timeframe.
  • Lost in-transit packages are considered when there have not been tracking updates for more than 7 business days.

Filing a Shipping Claim with us:

  • Once you have logged in using your email address or zip code, as well as your order number or tracking number, click the "find order" button.
  • If you have multiple orders, click on the order for which you want to submit a return. Once in that order, there will be 3 options at the top of your page that say "File a warranty claim, "Shipping Claims," and "Returns & Exchanges within 30 days"

For a shipping claim, click "shipping claims"

  • Select the item you are experiencing issues when it comes to delivery
  • Select the option that best describes the issue
    • If you never received your item and did not purchase Echo Shipping Protection, please file a claim with the carrier first. You will need to provide us with the claim number. If you purchased Echo Shipping Protection, there is no need to file this with the carrier.
  • Submit your claim
