The pitcher operates as a gravity-fed system, with the housing and filter working together to hold the same amount of water. However, only about half of the water is filtered and hydrogenated at a time. As you pour from the pitcher, the remaining water filters through, allowing it to be hydrogenated as well. This process ensures you always have freshly filtered water ready to enjoy.
