Bottle and Cap Care
- Hand Wash Only: Use warm water and a non-abrasive dish detergent. Avoid abrasive cloths or sponges to prevent scratches.
- Cap Cleaning:
- Gently clean under the gasket, cap threads, and crevices using a cap brush or Q-tip.
- Use a non-sharp tool to remove the gasket for thorough cleaning carefully.
- Protect the Pressure Release Valve: Avoid submerging the cap, as water may seep through the pressure release valve.
Here's a quick demonstration on how to remove the lid (Time 2:32), take out the gasket/seal (Time 0:39), properly reinsert it (Time 1:04), and then how to put the lid back on (Time 2:18).
Generator Care
- No Soap or Detergent: Avoid using soapy water or detergent, as this may damage the hydrogen generator.
- Keep Components Dry: Ensure the generator’s electrical components and charging port remain dry.

- Never Use a Dishwasher: Placing Echo products in the dishwasher will cause damage that is not covered under warranty.
Deep Cleaning & Descaling Instructions
For stubborn buildup or odors, follow these steps:

- Do Not Use: Apple cider vinegar or other cleaning solutions.

- Fill the flask with fresh water and run a 5–10 minute cycle to flush out any remaining cleaning solution. Discard the water after the cycle.
