Can I put the Echo Flask™ in the refridgerator?

Please avoid microwaving, refrigerating, or freezing the Echo Flask™ to maintain its performance and longevity.

Guidelines for Using Hydrogen Water with Cold Water, Heat, and Additives

Temperature Details
Cold Water
  • Adding ice to hydrogen water is perfectly fine and does not significantly impact its hydrogen content.
  • Temperature Effects: Cool water helps keep hydrogen dissolved longer, but excessive stirring or pouring may cause hydrogen to escape.
  • - Do not microwave, refrigerate, or freeze the Echo Flask™.
Heating Water
  • Use warmed, non-boiling filtered water in your Echo Flask™, ensuring it is plain water without additives.
  • For Hot Beverages (e.g., coffee or tea):
    1. Hydrogenate the water first.
    2. Heat the water after hydrogenation.
    3. Mix or steep in a separate container.
  • Heat Effects: Heating may slightly reduce hydrogen levels, but therapeutic benefits remain.
Additives
  • Do Not Add Directly: Never directly add supplements, minerals, or flavorings to the Echo Flask™. It is designed to work exclusively with standard (non-carbonated) water.
  • Mix in Another Container: Hydrogenate the water and transfer it to another container before adding flavors, minerals, or supplements.
  • Tip: Adding supplements may displace some hydrogen molecules, so a slight increase in water intake may be needed for the same benefits.
