This is because your flask by default has the sound settings disabled. You will need to manually go into your app to enable this. The only sound when enabled will be a beep sound once a cycle has been completed.
- Open the Echo Water App.
- Navigate to the "Profile" option in the app menu.
- Click "Flasks" and select the flask you are wanting to personalize
- Select Personalize Flask
- Enable a beep sound by toggling on when a cycle completes
