Make sure to walk through these steps on How to Connect Your Echo Flask™.
If you have followed the steps for connecting your Echo Flask™, and you're still having trouble pairing, it may be due to the following reasons:
🔹 Flask is not in pairing mode.
Ensure your flask is on and in pairing mode. You can check this by:
- Go to settings on your Flask (gear icon ⚙️ on the bottom left-hand corner of the screen).
- Click the "Not Paired" and it will now activate pairing mode
🔹 App Specific Bluetooth Settings
Even if Bluetooth is turned on at the phone level, it may still be disabled specifically for the app.
- Go to your iPhone settings
-
Use the search bar at the top and type "Echo Water"
-
Tap on the Echo Water app
-
Make sure Bluetooth is toggled ON for the app
🔹 Distance between your Echo Flask™ + phone.
Ensure that your Echo Flask™ and Phone are right next to each other. They may not be able to connect if they are too far away.
🔹 Bluetooth is not activated on your phone.
- Navigate to settings on your phone.
- Click "Bluetooth" and make sure it is toggled on
🔹 Your Echo Flask™ is already paired with another device
- Check your flask’s pairing status on the flask itself - go to settings (gear icon ⚙️).
- If it is already paired with another device, unpair it, then reconnect it to your desired device.
