We now have a "Try Before You Buy" feature! This offers several benefits for you:

  1. Reduced Risk: You can experience our product firsthand without committing financially upfront, easing concerns about product quality or suitability (and we are confident you will be pleasantly surprised!)

  2. Confidence in Purchase: Trying a product in real-world scenarios helps you make more informed decisions, leading to greater satisfaction with your purchase. That is exactly what we want!

  3. Convenience: It eliminates the guesswork, particularly for products where fit, feel, or function matters, such as our advanced tech bottles and household items.

  4. Flexibility: You can return the product if it doesn't meet expectations, often with a simple and hassle-free process.

  5. Financial Ease: You can manage your budgets more effectively by delaying payment until after the trial period.

Overall, it provides a risk-free, customer-centric shopping experience that builds trust and enhances the buying journey.

How does it work?

  1. Choose items: browse our website and try an item at home by clicking the TryNow button on the product page.
    • Your cart limit can be no more than 3 items.
    • This is currently unavailable for international orders and not offered on Final Sale Items, Bundle Items, and Gift Cards.
  2. Check out without upfront payment: You can proceed to checkout as usual. With TryNow, no upfront payment is required during this stage. Instead, the order is processed with a zero-dollar payment, and then your card is authorized to ensure sufficient funds are available if you decide to keep the item.

    • If your cart contains items that aren’t eligible for the offer, those items will still be charged at checkout—for example, if Echo Care is included in your cart.
  3. Delivery and trial period: Once the order is confirmed, the selected products are shipped to your doorstep. Your trial starts when your items arrive.
    • Trial Period: 10 Days
  4. Purchase decision & returns: If you are satisfied with the products at the end of the trial period, you don't need to take any action; your card will be automatically charged.
    • If you'd like to return any items, you can do so by following our regular returns process. You have 60 days from the time of delivery for Free Returns

Why does TryNow place an authorization on my credit card?
Similar to a hotel or rental car company, TryNow authorizes your card to ensure you have the funds available. When you check out, an authorization for the full amount of your order is placed on your card to reserve funds if you choose to keep your items. An authorization is not the same as a charge in that our systems strictly ensure that the card provided at checkout is both valid and has the appropriate funds available to cover the cost of any items kept in the future.

I thought TryNow offered a free trial, but I see a charge on my card -- can you help me understand?
TryNow will not charge you for any items that are a part of TryNow until the end of your trial (Echo Care is not included in the TryNow Experience). We do place an authorization on your card for the total amount of your order. This is how we ensure that funds can be captured for items you keep -- it’s just like a hold that hotels or rideshare apps use, and it helps protect us against fraud. The way authorizations display on your statement varies by bank. Typically, authorizations are labeled as “pending,” or they will not have a date associated with the charge, indicating that the charge has not yet been posted.

When will the authorization come off my card?

If you keep all the items that you tried, you will be charged the day after your trial ends, and there will no longer be a pending authorization on your card.

If you decide to initiate a return, you will be charged after your returned items are accepted, according to our returns policy. You will be charged only for the items kept, and the remainder of the authorization will fall off your card.

Are returns on TryNow orders free?

  • If you wish to return any items, you can do so by following our regular returns process. All orders, including TryNow items, come with our free return policy within 60 days of delivery.
