Steps on how to Update the Echo Water App and/or Flask Firmware

When an update is available for the the Echo App or your Flask’s firmware, please follow the steps below to how to upgrade to ensure a smooth operation.

1. Open the Echo Water app.
   When you log in, you may be prompted to update the app. If you don’t see the prompt, that’s totally fine—just move on to the next step: the firmware update.
   
2. Navigate to the Profile section in the app menu.
3. Tap “Flasks.”
4. Click the three dots next to your device and select “Personalize Flask.”
5. If a firmware upgrade is available, tap “Upgrade.”
   ➡️ Important: Please stay in the app during the upgrade. Navigating away could cause the process to glitch.
