  • Never operate the generator without filtered water in the bottle.
  • Never overcharge the unit. Do not charge overnight. 
  • Operate only with purified or filtered water.
  • Use only filtered water. Do not use carbonated or non-water beverages.
    • Do not use water that contains chlorine.
    • Do not use any additives, such as tea, in the bottle
  • Always keep the electrode plate wet and never store the device completely dry.
  • Do not place the generator unit in a refrigerator or cooler.
  • Do not soak or submerge the generator unit in water.
  • Drink hydrogenated water within 3 to 5 hours.
  • Avoid direct sunlight or heat that would dry out the electrode plate.
  • Use room temperature filtered water. Never use ice or place the device in the freezer.
    • Do not use hot water exceeding 140 degrees F/60 degrees C.
  • Never use any chemical cleaners on the generator unit.
  • Keep out of reach of children and pets.
  • Keep away from heat and flames.
  • Unplug by pulling the plug, not the wire.
  • Do not unplug the device with wet hands.
  • Always use 5V - 2AH USB-C Charging Block.
  • Never Use High Output Charging Blocks(no lightning/fast charging blocks or Apple chargers).

First Use Instructions

  1. Remove the lid from the main bottle.
  2. Lightly rinse the lid with warm filtered water and dry. Be careful not to let water get inside the pressure release.
  3. Wash the bottle casing with warm filtered water before first use.
  4. Remove the plastic plug (it may be tight) from the base.
  5. Place the clear bottle back onto the generator. Connecting the base/generator
  6. Insert one end of the USB-C cable into the base of the Echo Go+ and the other end of the USB-A cable into the block, then plug it into the outlet.
  7. Allow the unit to charge for a maximum of 4 hours. Longer than this will damage the battery, which is not covered under warranty.
  8. Remove charging cable
  9. Rinse out the fully assembled Echo Go+(avoid water getting into the UBC-C port) with warm filtered water.
  10. Fill the bottle with filtered water, including distilled and RO
  11. Press the power button on the front of the generator to begin making hydrogen-rich water.

Product Highlights

How to Operate

  1. Press the power button once. This will start the 5-minute cycle. The indicator light will turn white, making hydrogen-rich water for 5 minutes to produce up to 2.5-3.0 ppm. Pressing the power button a second time will increase the cycle time to 10 minutes. This longer cycle time will increase the hydrogen concentration up to 4.5 ppm. Pressing and holding the power button when the unit works will turn the hydrogen production off.
  2. After a 5 or 10-minute cycle, the working indicator light will turn off, completing the hydrogen production cycle. After the cycle, you can drink the hydrogen-rich water directly from the bottle or pour it into another container. It is best to drink the water within 3~5 hours. Hydrogen will dissipate over time.
  3. When charging is needed, the indicator light and/or the internal lights in the base will turn red. The USB-C charging port is located on the back of the generator. Plug the USB-C power cable into the USB-A charger Block(5V - 2AH) and plug the Block(2AH) into the wall. The battery indicator bar on the OLED display will flash when it is charging. When charging is complete, the battery indicator bars will show 4 full bars and stop flashing. Unplug the device after charging is complete. If left on the charge, the battery might be damaged. Batteries are not covered under warranty.
  4. The UV-C helps kill germs, bacteria, and viruses in the water/bottle. This will be turned off when you first receive the device. To activate the UV-C, while the device is turned off, press and hold the button for 7 seconds - until you hear a beep. This is now activated and will turn on when you start a cycle. When you turn on the device, you should see a single purple LED light bulb along with blue LED lights, if the UV-C is activated. To deactivate the UV-C, you would press and hold the button for 7 seconds while the device is turned off until you hear a beep. When it is not activated, it will only have blue LED lights. 

Descaling Procedure

  1. Prepare the Cleaning Solution:
    1. Mix 1 part (1 oz) white vinegar, lemon juice, or citric acid with 3 parts (3 oz) filtered water. If you are using citric acid, ensure it is completely dissolved in water before use.
  2. Soak the Generator:
    1. Pour the prepared solution into the bottle.
    2. Allow the solution to soak into the generator overnight to effectively descale the electrodes.
  3. Rinse the Bottle:
    1. The next day, dump the solution from the bottle.
    2. Rinse thoroughly with warm filtered water to remove any residue of the cleaning solution.

Frequency of Cleaning

  • Low Mineral Content: Clean once a month.
  • Moderate Mineral Content: Clean twice a month
  • High Mineral Content: Clean three times a month.

Regular Cleaning of the Echo Go+ Bottle

To ensure optimal performance and longevity of your Echo Go+, cleaning the electrodes regularly is important. The frequency of cleaning depends on the mineral content of your filtered water

By following these steps regularly, you will help maintain the efficiency of your Echo Go+ and ensure the best quality of water.


Deep Cleaning

  1. Remove the Silicon Seals:
    1. Gently remove the silicon seal from the cap. Also, remove the seal in the base near the generator for thorough cleaning.
  2. Clean the Seals and Crevice:
      1. Dampen a Q-Tip with vinegar or lemon juice.
      2. Use the Q-Tip to clean the crevices carefully where the silicon seals were located. Ensure all residues and buildup are removed from these areas.
  3. Rinse Thoroughly:
    1. After cleaning, rinse the seals and the cleaned areas thoroughly with water. This ensures that no cleaning solution remains, as it could damage the seals over time.
  4. Replace the Silicon Seals:
    1. Carefully place the silicon seals back into their respective positions. Ensure they are securely fitted to prevent leaks.
  5. Reassemble the Bottle:
    1. Reattach the generator to the bottle if it is removed. Ensure all components are securely connected.

By following these steps, you can help maintain the quality of water from your Echo Go and extend the bottle's life.


Reviving the Generator in the Echo Go+ Bottle

If the Echo Go+ bottle has been allowed to dry out or if you notice a reduction in hydrogen production, follow these steps to shock the generator and restore its functionality:

Shocking the Generator

  1. Warm the Water:
    1. Warm a glass of filtered water in the microwave for 2 minutes. Ensure the water is not too hot to handle safely.
  2. Pour and Activate:
    1. Carefully pour the warmed filtered water into the Echo Go+ bottle.
    2. Immediately run a hydrogen cycle to revive the generator.

This process can help reactivate the generator, improving hydrogen production. Repeat if necessary, but ensure the generator does not become overheated.


How to Attach Base/Generator to Bottle

Getting Your Hydrogen Generator Ready:

  1. Find the Plug: Open your Echo Go+ to see a plug on the generator's top.
  2. Remove the Plug: Twist this plug counterclockwise and keep it safe. You'll use it for storage later.
  3. A Little Water Is OK: Seeing water inside or a bit of leakage in the package is normal.

Attaching the Bottle to the Base:

  1. Spot the Logo: Look for the Echo Go+ logo on the bottle.
  2. Find the Charging Port: On the generator, locate the charging port.
  3. Align and Attach: Match the bottle's logo with the charging port and twist left (counterclockwise) to secure.

If It Doesn’t Fit Right Away:

  • Face the generator's charging port towards you.
  • Line up the logo with the port again.
  • Twist left to secure everything in place perfectly.

How to Replace Silicone Seals

To replace the silicone seals in the Echo Go+, follow these steps:

  1. Remove the Retention Plug: For new units, there’s a plug to maintain the membrane's moisture. Remove and keep it for future use.
  2. Replace the Base Seal:
    • Find the small, smooth ring at the generator's base.
    • Use a paper clip or sharp tool to gently remove the ring.
    • Insert the new seal (orientation doesn't matter) into the slot.
    • Firmly press down to secure it, using a Q-tip for better precision.
  3. Replace the Lid Seal:
    • The lid seal has a scalloped design.
    • Use a paper clip to lift the old seal.
    • Place the new seal on top and gently press it down, using a Q-tip to assist.
    • Screw the lid back on, ensuring it's just tight enough.

Additional Tips:

  • Extra seals are provided for replacements in case of leaks.
  • Fill the bottle to the "Echo Go" logo level for optimal filling.
  • The lid includes a pressure release valve; moisture here is normal.
  • Water drips from overfilling or spills between the bottle and branding area are not a concern.
  • Ensure only one seal is used in each location; do not stack seals.

This method will ensure your Echo Go+ is assembled correctly and ready for use.

Water or soap on the lid This can happen if the lid is cleaned improperly or the bottle is overfilled. It will dissipate and cannot reenter the bottle.
Generator is dry Follow the instructions for Shocking the Generator.
I hear a hissing sound while the cycle is running.

This is normal. This is due to the pressure release in the lid.

I do not hear the pressure release(hiss sound) when opening the lid.

There is a pressure release valve.

No sound will happen.

The bottle will not line up with the base/generator.
