Optimizing Your Hydrogen Water Routine with the Echo Go+™
Therapeutic Levels
- Hydrogen levels as low as 0.5 PPM are beneficial, and the Echo Go+™ delivers much higher concentrations with each cycle.
Optimal Intake
- Aim for 3-6 bottles daily to experience potential health benefits.
- For best absorption, drink hydrogen water 30 minutes before or after meals.
Exclusivity Not Required
- Hydrogen water can be your exclusive water source, but it doesn’t need to make up your entire daily intake.
Tracking Your Progress
- Consistency is Key: Benefits may take several months of regular, consistent use to appear fully.
- Journal Your Changes: Track improvements in sleep quality, joint health, digestion, energy levels, and mental clarity.
- Individual Results Vary: Effects depend on your unique health and chemical makeup. Partial or complete benefits may develop over time.
Getting Started
- Start Low and Build Gradually: If you're new to hydrogen water, begin with 4-9 ounces per day. Hydrogen water detoxifies the body, which may cause mild effects like headaches or bloating. Gradually increase intake as your body adjusts.
- Stay Consistent: Incorporate hydrogen water into your daily routine by sipping it at regular intervals.
- Consult a Healthcare Professional: If you have health concerns or medical conditions, consult your doctor for personalized advice.

Hydrogen Water Consumption and Storage
Immediate Use
- Consume hydrogen water immediately after hydrogenation for the highest concentration and best results.
Storage
-
Open Glass: Retains hydrogen for up to 2 hours in an open, unsealed container.
Tip: Immediate consumption ensures the highest hydrogen concentration. -
Water Bottle: A sealed, insulated water bottle retains hydrogen for 2-5 hours when periodically opened for drinking.
Note: The highest concentration occurs within the first 2 hours. - Sealed Container: A completely sealed, airtight container retains hydrogen, with levels decreasing by about 0.1 ppm per day. Depending on the starting ppm, this container can be stored for up to 2 weeks.
Important Note: Avoid using copper containers to store hydrogen water, as copper reacts with hydrogen and may reduce its efficacy.
Heating, Cooling, and Additives for Your Hydrogen Water
Cooling with Ice
- Adding ice to your hydrogen water is fine and won’t significantly impact its hydrogen content.
- Temperature Effects: Cool water helps keep hydrogen dissolved longer, but excessive stirring or pouring might cause some hydrogen to escape.
Heating Water
- You can use warmed (non-boiling) filtered water in your Echo Go+™, as long as it’s plain water without additives.
- Heat Effects: Heating may slightly reduce hydrogen levels, but the water will still retain enough hydrogen to provide therapeutic benefits.
Additives
- Do Not Add Directly: Avoid adding supplements, minerals, or flavorings into the Echo Go+™ bottle.
-
Mix in Another Container: Transfer hydrogenated water to a separate container before adding flavors or supplements.
Tip: Adding flavors may displace some hydrogen molecules, so you might need to drink a little more water to get the same antioxidant benefits.
