  • Start with 1 flask per day for the first week, then gradually build up to 3+ flasks daily as your body adjusts.

  • Before or after workouts: Helps ease fatigue and support recovery.
  • Anytime focus boost: Great when you're looking to improve mental clarity.
  • Daily habit: Consistent use supports better energy, clarity, and restful sleep over time.

Therapeutic Hydrogen Levels🔹

  • The Echo Flask generates up to 6 PPM of hydrogen in a 10-minute cycle.
  • For up to 8 PPM, run two 10-minute cycles back-to-back.

  • Aim for 3–6 bottles per day for potential health benefits.
  • Drink 30 minutes before or after meals for the best absorption.
