Adding Supplements or Flavors
Use plain, filtered water in your Echo Flask™—no additives.
Hydrogenate first: Run the hydrogen cycle in your bottle.
Heat after hydrogenation: Pour the water into a separate container and warm gently—avoid boiling.
Add flavors or supplements
Adding anything can cause some hydrogen to escape, so you may want to drink a bit more to maintain your antioxidant benefits.
Important: Never add flavorings, supplements, or minerals directly to the Echo Bottles—this keeps it working at peak performance.
Cold Water & Ice
If you want chilled hydrogen water, pour it into a separate glass with ice after the cycle is complete.
Use plain, filtered water in your Echo Flask™—no additives.
Hydrogenate first: Run the hydrogen cycle in your bottle.
Pour the water into a separate container and add ice
Adding ice is fine and may even help hydrogen stay dissolved slightly longer.
Important:
Avoid excessive stirring or pouring, which can let hydrogen escape.
Do not refrigerate or freeze the Echo Bottles.
Heating & Hot Beverages
Hydrogenate water in your Echo Bottle first.
Transfer to a separate container and gently warm (do not boil).
Brew coffee, tea, or steep flavors in the warmed water.
Note: Heating reduces hydrogen levels, so drink promptly for maximum benefits.
