How to Replace Your Echo RO™ Cartridges

Follow these steps to correctly connect your Echo RO™ system to the Echo Server. This setup allows water to flow from the RO system through the Server before reaching your faucet.

- Turn the valve OFF to stop water flow before making any connections.
Step 2: Disconnect Existing Faucet Tubing
- Locate the blue tubing currently connected from the RO system to the faucet.

Can I connect my RO to the fridge (refrigerator line)?
Yes, you can connect your Reverse Osmosis (RO) system to your refrigerator water line.
The RO line can either:
- Run directly to the refrigerator, or
- Be split using a “T” fitting so it supplies both the refrigerator and the kitchen sink faucet.
If you are installing an H2 Flow system, it can be added to the line going to the sink faucet. The refrigerator line can remain connected directly to the RO system, with the fridge essentially acting as its own dispensing faucet.
Most refrigerator water lines use 1/4" tubing, which is compatible with the RO system connections. In many cases, you can connect directly to the RO system without additional modifications.
If your refrigerator currently uses a copper water line, you may need a simple adapter fitting, which can typically be found at local hardware stores such as The Home Depot, Lowe's, or Ace Hardware.
Sulfur Odor (Rotten Egg Smell) – Causes & Solutions
A sulfur or “rotten egg” smell in your water is often related to iron content or bacterial activity in the water supply. This can affect the performance of your Echo RO™ system if not addressed properly.
