The Echo Revive Hydrogen Water Bath Machine uses advanced electrolysis technology to generate high-purity hydrogen by splitting water molecules. It is energy-efficient, environmentally friendly, and features:

  • High-efficiency electrolysis system with advanced SPE electrodes.

  • Reliable quality and automation for ease of use.

  • Safety features include water shortage, high temperature, and power limitation protection.

The Echo Revive Hydrogen Water Bath Machine operates by electrolyzing high-resistivity water (> 2 MΩ·cm) to produce hydrogen and oxygen.

  1. Water is added to the anode compartment of the electrolysis tank. Once powered on, the machine decomposes water molecules into hydrogen ions (H+) and hydroxide ions (OH-):

    • Anode Reaction: OH- ions release oxygen (O2), which exits through the oxygen outlet, carrying some water back to the tank for reuse.

    • Cathode Reaction: Hydrogen ions (H+) pass through the SPE ion membrane under electric force, gain electrons, and form hydrogen gas (H2).

  2. The hydrogen gas, containing trace amounts of water, passes through the gas-water separator to remove excess water before exiting through the hydrogen outlet.

The machine's electrical control system is divided into three main components: the electrolytic power supply, control board, and display panel. Here’s how to operate it:

  1. Power On:

    • Turn on the power switch to activate the machine. The system enters standby mode, and the touch screen will illuminate.

  2. Water Level Check:

    • Before proceeding, ensure the water tank is filled with pure water above the minimum level.

  3. Timer Adjustment:

    • Use the Increase (+) or Decrease (-) keys on the touch screen to set the desired operating time.

  4. Start Operation:

    • Press the Start/Pause button to begin hydrogen production. The hydrogen flow meter will display real-time flow and release hydrogen from the outlet.

  5. Safety Features:

    • The machine includes built-in protections to ensure safe operation:

      • Water Shortage Protection: Stops operation if water levels are too low.

      • High-Temperature Protection: Prevents overheating by pausing operation if internal temperatures rise excessively.

      • Power Limitation Protection: Limits power usage to avoid overloading the system.
