Discontinued Items:
If you have an older version of the Whole Home System:
Main Tank Replacement:
Depending on household use, the main tank filter requires replacement approximately every 8 to 10 years. To monitor its performance, you can use a chlorine test. These are affordable and available on Amazon, local pool stores, hardware stores, Walmart, etc. Chlorine tests come in strips, drops, and tablet forms. When chlorine starts to break through and the filtered water tests positive, replacing the main tank filter is time.
Pre and Post Filters:
We don't currently have the Pre and Post Filter replacements available for you to purchase on our website right now, but in the meantime we did find compatible filters you can buy from Amazon:
• Sediment Pre Filter (3 Pack) — 20 microns: https://www.amazon.com/Membrane-Solutions-Replacement-Polypropylene-Compatible/dp/B082PB9JMJ
• Submicron Post Filter (3 Pack) — 1 micron: https://www.amazon.com/Micron-Sediment-Water-Filter-Cartridge/dp/B01FKNK69G
These are the ones we've found to be the closest match to the standard filters, and they'll give you the same level of filtration as the filters purchased from us. The pre and post filters should be replaced at the same time every 3 to 6 months, or whenever you notice a slight drop in your home's water pressure — that's the only maintenance the Whole Home Water Filtration System requires.
