Getting Your Echo Flask™ Ready for Use
Your Echo Flask™ may arrive dry, meaning the electrode membrane needs rehydration before it can function properly. If you notice few or no bubbles at first, don’t worry—this is completely normal and part of the break-in process.
Step 1: Initial Soak
- Fill the bottle with warm water.
- Let it soak for at least 2 hours.
- After this step, your flask should be ready to use!
Step 2: Boost Hydrogenation (If Needed)
If your flask still isn’t producing many bubbles, it may need a little extra time to fully activate:
- Soak the bottle in Hot Water overnight.
- Run a cleaning cycle, discard the cleaning water, and refill with filtered water.
Important Notes:
- It may take up to a week of regular use to fully rehydrate the electrode and achieve a consistent bubble flow.
- If you see progress, this means your Flask is working properly
- If your flask has had no progress and does not produce any bubbles after a week, please contact our customer service team at support@echowater.com for assistance.
Here's a demonstration of the bubble sizes you might see, whether your flask arrived with or without water—both are completely normal!
