While Echo Water doesn’t have direct access to agreements processed by Affirm, however we want to make sure you have all the details you need to get the support you deserve.
You should have received an email from Affirm containing either your denial details or if approved, your loan and payment information. For any questions about your application or payments, you can reach out to Affirm’s friendly customer service team directly:
- Phone: Call them at (855) 423-3729 between 8 AM–11 PM Eastern Time, seven days a week.
- Email: Submit a form by clicking the "Contact Us" button on the Affirm website.
- Chat: Chat is available Monday–Friday from 7 AM–7:30 PM Eastern Time.
Additionally, if you need to update your contact information, such as your name, Affirm’s team can assist with that too.
