PPM stands for parts per million and is used to measure the concentration of hydrogen gas in water. Essentially, the higher the PPM value, the more dissolved hydrogen gas is present. This measurement helps indicate the potential benefits of hydrogen-rich water, as higher concentrations generally provide more antioxidant properties.
Specifically, 1 PPM equals 1 milligram (mg) of hydrogen per liter (L) of water. So, if your water has 2 PPM of hydrogen, it contains 2 mg of hydrogen per liter.
