Step 1: Determine Where You Purchased
If you purchased directly from:

✅ No product registration is required. Your purchase is already in our system.
If you purchased through:
- Amazon
- Walmart
- A wholesale distributor
- Another authorized retailer
📝Product registration is not Required. However, if you ever need to submit a warranty claim, you will need to provide your proof of purchase.

Echo Go Warranty
The Echo GO is a compact and efficient Hydrogen Water Enrichment Device. The Echo GO is designed to be portable and rechargeable.
As the original owner (“Owner,” you), your new Echo GO is covered by the industry-leading 5-year warranty (“Warranty”). If your Echo GO has a defect while covered under this Warranty, Echo Technologies LLC (“Echo,” we, us) will implement the remedies outlined in the warranty according to the terms of this warranty.
Echo GO is designed for indoor use with filtered or bottled drinking water. The water entering the Echo GO should comply with US EPA drinking water regulations.
THIS DEVICE IS NOT DESIGNED TO BE SUBMERGED IN WATER AND IS NOT DISHWASHER SAFE. WATER DAMAGE WILL VOID THE WARRANTY.
As the original purchaser, this limited warranty provides you with specific legal rights. Depending on the state in which you live and where you purchased the product, you may have additional rights.
Please contact Echo Technologies directly for all questions and issues related to this limited warranty. Do not contact the retail store, dealer, or reseller where you purchased this product. The limited warranty does not cover any potential issues, questions, or requests directed to retail stores, dealers, resellers, or other parties. They are not authorized to take any action under this limited warranty, and we are not responsible for any delays or related consequences due to the communications directed to any party other than Echo Technologies.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty is limited in scope and covers only the following defects:
Any factory defects to the internal or external components of the device.
Delamination of glued surfaces. Broken or defective screens or displays that impact the device's performance and are not caused by improper use or handling of the equipment.
This limited warranty covers only the core equipment and does not cover any other accessories attached to the device, including plumbing fixtures and fittings, tubing, filters, or other components and accessories.
This limited Warranty is personal to you as the original owner and cannot be transferred to any other person. You will be responsible for all costs associated with handling and transportation related to the original equipment and any replacement equipment.
Warranty Exceptions
- The battery of the device is not covered under the warranty; however, if you are experiencing an issue, please contact our support team.
- Accessories like the charging cord and power block are covered under warranty only within the first 30 days from the date you receive your product.
- To ensure full warranty coverage, your Echo Water product must be purchased from an authorized seller. Purchases made through non-authorized sellers cannot be verified by Echo Water and are not eligible for warranty service.
Your Remedies
If the equipment is deemed defective by Echo Technologies during the warranty period and you are the original owner, Echo may, at its sole discretion, repair the equipment, provide replacement parts, a refurbished replacement unit, or a prorated refund in the form of a store credit equal to a percentage of the original purchase price (excluding taxes, shipping, or other fees). Any credit amounts given must be applied exclusively to the purchase of a new product from us, according to the following schedule:
During the first 1 year or original ownership by you, the warranty Credit shall be 100% of the original purchase price (less any taxes, handling, transportation, or other fees).
During year 2 of original ownership by you, the warranty credit shall be 75% and decrease 25% for each additional year through year 5.

For this limited warranty to be valid, you must:
- Purchase the machine from an authorized dealer.
- Be the original consumer or purchaser. Coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer possession of the equipment.
- Provide proof of original purchase via a copy of the original store receipt reflecting proof of purchase date, place of purchase, and purchase price.
- Customer service and Technical Support will go through troubleshooting steps prior to sending out a complete replacement unit.
- Only one replacement is permitted per item. If a replacement has already been received under warranty, no further replacements will be provided.
- This limited Warranty will be void and shall not apply to products that have been intentionally or negligently damaged, dropped, stained, exposed to sunlight, exposed to harsh chemicals or elements, exposed to cold or freezing temperatures, water damaged, dropped, exposed to insects or animals, improperly vented, or overheated, used with hard water, or otherwise physically damaged or soiled (including by bodily fluid).
- Performance degradation over time caused by failure to properly and regularly clean, change the filters, and perform general routine maintenance is not covered.
- After-market testing meters or blue reagent results are not accepted for warranty purposes because they are unable to accurately measure hydrogen levels.
- If a product covered under warranty has been discontinued, we are unable to offer an exact replacement. However, we are committed to providing a satisfactory solution.
ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS AND WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY FOR ANY COSTS, FEES, DAMAGES, OR OTHER AMOUNTS OTHER THAN AS SPECIFIED HEREIN. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED YOUR ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE.
