Why did I not receive free shipping on my order when I should have?

The free shipping threshold applies after any discount codes are applied and before taxes. If a discount lowers the total below the threshold,  the order may no longer qualify for free shipping. If your total before taxes and after discounts is above the threshold and you are still not receiving free shipping, please contact customer support.
