We will do our best to calculate customs fees during the checkout process and pass those along to you. This is an effort to streamline the international shipping by prepaying customs and duties. These are projected fees and we cannot guarantee there will not be additional customs charges that you will be responsible for.
Proof of payment
You can find proof of payment in various locations:
- Invoice Reference: Your invoice will reflect the estimated taxes paid at checkout. Please note that while we collect an estimated amount, additional customs fees, import duties, taxes, or charges may still apply based on the recipient's country of residence.
- Shipping Label: Our shipping labels are marked to indicate that duties and taxes are collected and paid by us. Look under the barcode for "BILLING: F/D," which stands for "Free Domicile." This label signifies that we use Zonos Landed Cost to calculate and collect these charges at checkout, and we subsequently pay the carrier's duty and tax bill.
