To get in contact with your Technical support team to troubleshoot issues you are having with your machine, please do the following:

Submit a Claim Within Redo
- You must submit a claim through our claims portal.
- All machines will undergo a repair review.
- If a repair is deemed necessary, we will sent you a label so you can send the machine back to us with be sent to your email
- Note: Please ensure your package is well-protected! If the product is damaged during transit due to insufficient packaging, you will be responsible for the cost of the damaged part, even if your product is under warranty.
- If you are filing a repair claim for a product purchased through a different company (i.e synergy science) or a discontinued item, please go through our registration portal, file it, and we will get back to you on what options we have.
- Note: we do not repair discontinued machines such as the Echo 7, Echo 9, Echo 9 Ultra, and Echo Retro.
- You must submit a claim through our claims portal.

Check-In & Confirmation
- Upon receiving the item, we will check it in and send a confirmation email.
- Please note: If we receive a package with insufficient packaging and the product is damaged during transit, you will be responsible for covering the cost of the damaged part, even if they are under warranty.

Diagnosis & Invoice
- We will diagnose the machine and send an invoice detailing any identified issues. (See Repair Fees below.)
- Customers will receive their diagnosis within 24-48 hours.

Repair Timeline
- Estimated repair time is ~7 business days (subject to part availability).
Technical Support Fees
If you choose to proceed with the repairs after the diagnostic, the diagnostic fee will be waived.
