You can go to submit a return within 30 days (60 days for the Echo Go+) by visiting our return portal here

  • Once you have logged in using your email address or zip code as well as your order number or tracking, click the "find order" button.
  • If you have multiple orders, click on the order you are wanting to submit a return for. Once in that order, there will be 3 options at the top of your page that says "File a warranty claim, "shipping claims" and "returns & exchanges within 30 days"

For a return, click on the "returns & exchanges within 30 days"

  • Select the item you are wanting to return/exchange
    • If you are outside the return window, it will direct you to file a warranty claim
  • otherwise, move forward with answering all the questions
  • At the end of answering the questions, you will be given the option to either exchange for the same item or exchange for a new product or get a refund.
  • You may receive the option to select a pick up return (additional $6) or you can chose to return the item yourself
  • Once you move forward with your selection, it will take you to an overview page where you can then "submit your return/exchange request"

*Please note: If you do not "submit your return/exchange request" your request has not been completed and it will not show up for us to review.

**If you accidently receive a pop up asking for a pick up scheduled or to return yourself (you should not receive this message if you are doing a same item exchange), select return yourself. Do not select the pick up option.

Once the request is submitted it will be reviewed and we will message you back with all of the completion details

  • Please give 24-48 hours. not including weekends and/or holidays, for us to review

If you purchased through a third party vendor,

  • Please address any returns through the retailer you purchased the product through
  • Don't forget to register your product here
  • You then can submit a warranty claim right after registering your product.
    • You will go through answering all the questions and then submit the claim.
    • We will reach out if we have any additional questions!
