Need to Submit a Return or Exchange?
You’re covered with free returns within 60 days of your purchase. Here's how to get started:

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Visit Our Return Portal
    Log in using your email address or ZIP code, along with your order number or tracking number. Click "Find Order."

  2. Select the Correct Order
    If you have multiple orders, choose the one you'd like to return or exchange.

  3. Choose Your Return Type
    At the top of the order page, you’ll see three options:

    • File a Warranty Claim

    • Shipping Claims

    • Returns & Exchanges (within 60 days)

    For standard returns, click "Returns & Exchanges."

  4. Select Your Item
    Pick the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange.

    • If you’re outside the return window, you’ll be automatically redirected to file a warranty claim.

    • If within the window, proceed to answer the return questions.

  5. Choose Your Resolution
    After answering the questions, you’ll be given the option to:

    • Exchange for the same item

    • Exchange for a different item

    • Request a refund

  6. Select Return Method
    You may see two options:

    • Schedule a pickup (additional $6 fee)

    • Return the item yourself (free with prepaid label)

    For same-item exchanges, you should not receive a pop-up asking you to select a return method. If you do, please choose "Return Yourself" and notify us right away so we can correct the issue.

  7. Submit Your Request
    You’ll land on an overview page. Make sure to click "Submit Return/Exchange Request."
    Please note: If you do not click "Submit," we won’t receive your request, and it won’t be processed.


After Submission:

  • Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • We’ll email you with your return label and next steps once your request is approved.


Purchased Through a Third Party?

If you bought your Echo product from a retailer (like Amazon, Walmart, or eBay), returns must be processed directly through that retailer.

Don't Forget to Register Your Product!

You can register your product here. Once registered, you’ll be able to submit a warranty claim if needed.
