Adding Echo Care During Checkout

When checking out on EchoWater.com, you'll have the option to add Echo Care before completing your purchase.

Simply click "Add" beneath the payment section during checkout, and Echo Care will be added to your order.

Already Placed Your Order?

No problem! If you purchased directly from Echo Water or an Authorized Dealer, you can still add Echo Care within 30 days of your purchase date.

To add coverage after your order has been placed, simply contact our Customer Experience Team here with:

  • Your order number
  • The serial number(s) of your product(s)

Once we receive that information, we'll help you add your coverage as quickly as possible.

Important Before Adding Coverage

Echo Care must be added before any accidental damage occurs.

If you've already received your product, we'll ask you to complete a brief condition check to verify that the device is in good working condition before activating your Echo Care coverage.

Don't Want Echo Care?

That's completely okay!

Echo Care is optional and is not added automatically to your order. If you don't wish to purchase coverage, simply leave it unselected during checkout.
