For a small, one-time fee, Echo Care offers comprehensive accidental damage coverage for an entire year, ensuring you're supported quickly and hassle-free, no matter what happens.
It’s just one more way we’re here for you, so you can focus on enjoying your Echo experience and not worry about the what-ifs.

Echo Care pricing is based on your order total, making it simple and transparent:

Note: Echo Care is calculated based on the total value of your order, not the individual item price.
Multiple orders? We can combine your product totals and apply the right plan—just be sure to provide all associated order numbers when you reach out.
Example: If you placed 3 separate orders for Echo Flasks totaling $600, you're eligible for the $24 Echo Care plan to cover all three.

Totally up to you! If you’d rather skip Echo Care, you can opt out easily during checkout:

On the cart page, select “Checkout without Echo Care” (just below the black checkout button)

On the final checkout page, simply deselect the Echo Care option (located beneath the shipping method section)
🔧 Already Purchased Your Echo Product?
Great news—you can still add Echo Care within 30 days of your purchase date! Just contact us with your order number and the serial number(s) of your product(s), and we’ll take care of the rest.

Echo Care is exclusively available for purchases made directly on EchoWater.com or through authorized third-party retailers.
To get started, please register your product here. Once it’s registered, just let us know at support@echowater.com, and we’ll be happy to send you an invoice for the Echo Care coverage. After payment is completed, your device will be officially covered.

Getting support with Echo Care is quick and easy:

Accidental damage? No worries! If you’ve added Echo Care to your product, you’re fully covered for one complete replacement within the first year of ownership for things like drops, spills, and dents.
✨ Good to Know: If a small fix—such as a replacement lid or accessory—can resolve the issue, we might send that first. But don’t worry, your full replacement benefit still stays active for the entire year of your coverage.
