That’s why we created Echo Care — a low-cost, one-time protection plan designed to cover those “oops” moments so you can enjoy your Echo product with confidence.
For a small, one-time fee, Echo Care provides one full year of accidental damage coverage, with fast, hassle-free support when you need it most. No surprises. No fine print gymnastics.

Echo Care Pricing (Simple & Transparent)
Echo Care pricing is based on your total order value, not individual item prices:

Multiple orders?
No problem! We can combine the total value of multiple orders to apply the correct Echo Care plan — just be sure to include all relevant order numbers when reaching out.
Example:
If you placed three separate orders totaling $600, the $24.98 Echo Care plan can cover all three.

Echo Care vs. Manufacturer Warranty
We want you to feel fully informed, so here’s a quick breakdown:
Manufacturer Warranty
Covers defects in materials or workmanship
Lasts 5 or 10 years, depending on the product
Does not cover accidental damage (drops, dents, water exposure, broken screens, broken lids)
Coverage is prorated over time

Echo Care
Covers accidental damage during the first year of ownership.
(cracks, breaks, scratches, stains, dents, lid or screen damage)Includes coverage up to the value of one full replacement device. Once that full value has been used, coverage is considered fulfilled. If Echo Care is used for replacement parts (such as a lid), the cost of those parts will be deducted from the remaining available coverage.
No deductible, no proration, no stress
If your original warranty becomes void, Echo Care can still provide a replacement — however, the replacement device does not include a new manufacturer warranty.
Together, your warranty and Echo Care provide well-rounded protection — even when life gets unpredictable.
How to Use Echo Care
Using Echo Care is easy and designed with convenience in mind:
- Account Status
Your account must be in good standing. Coverage may be temporarily paused if there’s an unresolved payment dispute (like a chargeback). Once resolved, coverage resumes.
Filing a Claim
Submit your claim through our Warranty Claim Review Page and follow the guided steps.
- Replacement Options
Once damage is confirmed, Echo Care provides one replacement within the first year for accidental damage.
In some cases, if the issue can be resolved with a replacement part, we may send that first:
The cost of the part is deducted from your Echo Care coverage
Example: If a replacement lid costs $53 and is issued, that amount is applied toward your coverage. If a full replacement is needed later, a balance may be due.
🚫 Echo Care does not cover
Perceived defects that the standard warranty would not cover. If your device is determined to be working as intended, Echo Care would not apply.
Normal wear-and-tear items, such as gaskets that naturally need replacement over time.
