Echo RO/Server Faucet

The Echo RO/Server Faucet™ is a manual drinking water faucet designed to work with most Echo Water Machines. This faucet has a clean design and comes in a variety of finishes to match your primary faucet. This is a secondary faucet that is mounted into a hole in your countertop. With a simple turn of the handle, the Echo Basics Faucet™ dispenses clean, refreshing water right in the comfort of your home.

As the original owner (“Owner,” you), your new Echo RO/Server Faucet is covered by the industry-leading 5-year warranty (“Warranty”).  If your Echo RO/Server Faucet has a manufacturer defect while covered under this Warranty, Echo Technologies LLC (“Echo,” we, us) will implement the remedies outlined in the warranty according to the terms of this warranty.

The Echo RO/Server Faucet is designed for use indoors, with potable water or drinking water found in most municipal water systems. The water entering the faucet should be compliant with US EPA regulations for drinking water. The pressure for the water connected to the faucet should fall within United States building codes for normal household water pressures, typically between 30 and 60 PSI.

This limited warranty provides you, as the original purchaser, specific legal rights. You may have additional rights, depending on the state in which you live and where you purchased the product.

Please contact Echo Technologies directly for all questions and issues related to this limited warranty. Do not contact the retail store, dealer, or reseller where you purchased this product. Any potential issues, questions, or requests directed to retail stores, dealers, resellers, or other parties are not covered by the limited warranty. They are not authorized to take any action under this limited warranty, and we are not responsible for any delays or related consequences due to the communications directed to any party other than Echo Technologies.

 


 

Warranty Coverage

This warranty is limited in scope and covers only the following defects:

Any factory defects to the internal or external components of the device.

Any material physical flaw in the device that manifests in the exterior enclosure. Including splits or cracks in the case. Delamination of glued surfaces. Broken or defective screens or displays. That impacts the performance of the device and is not caused by improper use or handling of the equipment.

This limited warranty covers only the core equipment and does not cover any other accessories attached to the device, including plumbing fixtures and fittings, tubing, filters, or other components and accessories.

This limited Warranty is personal to you as the original owner and cannot be transferred to any other person. You will be responsible for all costs associated with handling and transportation related to the original equipment and any replacement equipment.

Warranty Claim Submission

To maintain eligibility for this limited warranty, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be purchased from echowater.com or an authorized Echo Water dealer.

  • Original Ownership: Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser.

    • If the product was gifted, the recipient must have access to the original order information.

    • Warranty coverage ends if the product is resold or transferred to another person.

  • Proof of Purchase (for third-party sales): You must provide a copy of the original store receipt showing:

    • Date of purchase

    • Place of purchase

    • Purchase price

To file a valid warranty claim, you must also provide:

  • Proof of troubleshooting completion, including a photo or video clearly showing the reported issue while troubleshooting steps are being performed. (SEE THE TROUBLESHOOTING REQUIREMENT SECTION IN THIS WARRANTY.)

  • Device serial number 

  • Current shipping address confirmation 

  • You may be required to return your current device to Echo Water to receive warranty coverage. Do not dispose of the device or any of its components unless Echo Water specifically instructs you to do so. Disposing of the product without authorization may void your warranty coverage.


 Warranty Limitations & Exclusions

  • Warranty coverage will be void if the product has been intentionally or negligently damaged, misused, or improperly maintained. You may find all product guidelines for use and maintenance in the Echo Ultimate User Manual.
  • To ensure full warranty coverage, your Echo Water product must be purchased from an authorized seller. Purchases made through non-authorized sellers cannot be verified by Echo Water and are not eligible for warranty service.

Exclusions include damage from:

    • Electrical issues are due to the non-use of a surge protector.
      ⚠ If a surge protector is not used, your warranty will be void.
    • Dropping or staining 

    • Exposure to sunlight, harsh chemicals, or use of substances other than water

    • Improper venting, overheating, or use with hard water

    • Freezing or extreme cold

    • Water damage 

    • Contact with insects or animals

    • Use in unventilated, excessively hot, or humid environments

    • Physical damage, contamination, or soiling, including bodily fluids

    • Theft or loss

Maintenance & Installation Related Exclusions

  • The warranty does not cover issues that may arise due to improper installation (either by you or a licensed plumber), unauthorized repairs, or alterations. 
  • The warranty does not cover performance issues or deterioration caused by improper cleaning or misuse. Issues such as mold, mildew, or changes in taste or smell are not considered product defects. These are usually caused by maintenance practices or the type of water used.

  • The warranty does not cover performance issues or deterioration caused by a lack of regular maintenance.

Your Remedies

If your Echo RO/Server Faucet is determined to be defective during the warranty period, Echo Technologies will, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the equipment

  • Provide a new (within the first 90 days) or refurbished replacement (If the unit is non-repairable)

  • Issue a Warranty Credit toward the purchase of a new product

To be eligible, the equipment must be owned by the original purchaser. Any credit issued is limited to use toward purchasing a new Echo product and does not cover taxes, handling, shipping, or other fees.

Important: All replacement products will carry the original warranty date—not the date you receive the replacement unit. The warranty period does not restart or extend when a replacement product is issued.

Repair Cost Schedule

In some cases, Echo Technologies may choose to repair your machine rather than provide a replacement or credit.

  • Labor Rate: $125 per hour

  • Additional Costs: Parts and shipping (if applicable)

  • Repair costs are prorated using the same schedule shown above.

Additional Conditions

Troubleshooting Requirement

Before determining warranty eligibility:

  • Customer Service or Technical Support will guide you through troubleshooting steps. After troubleshooting is complete, Echo Water will decide on the best resolution, which may be offered in the form of:

    • Replacement part,

    • Full device replacement or

    • Store credit based on the original purchase price (excluding taxes, shipping, or any additional fees or protection coverages). Refunds to the original payment method are not available under warranty.

Many common issues can be resolved without replacement through simple adjustments, software or firmware updates, or minor fixes that do not require warranty coverage.

Replacements

  • One warranty replacement is allowed per purchased item. If the device has already been replaced under warranty, no additional full replacements will be issued. If a replacement device is experiencing issues, please contact our support team for further guidance.

  • All replacement products will carry the original warranty date—not the date you receive the replacement unit. The warranty period does not restart or extend when a replacement product is issued. 

Discontinued Products

  • If your product is discontinued, we may not be able to offer an identical replacement. In such cases, we will provide a satisfactory alternative solution to honor your warranty.



ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS AND WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY FOR ANY COSTS, FEES, DAMAGES, OR OTHER AMOUNTS OTHER THAN AS SPECIFIED HEREIN. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED YOUR ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE.
