Echo Ultimate
The Echo Ultimate is the premiere hydrogen water enrichment device available today. The Echo Ultimate can produce 4 different types of water including Filtered Water, Hydrogen Water, Alkaline Water and Acidic Water. This machine represents the cutting edge in water technology.
As the owner (“Owner,” you), your new Echo Ultimate is covered by the industry leading 10-year warranty (“Warranty”). If your Echo Ultimate has a defect while covered under this Warranty, Echo Technologies LLC (“Echo,” we, us) will implement the remedies outlined in the warranty according to the terms of this warranty.
Echo water machines are designed for use indoor, with potable water or drinking water found in most municipal water systems. The water entering the machine should be compliant with US EPA regulations for drinking water. The pressure for the water connected to the machine should fall within United States building codes for normal household water pressures, typically between 30 and 60 PSI.
This limited warranty provides you, as the original purchaser, specific legal rights. You may have additional rights, depending on the state in which you live and where you purchased the product.
Please contact Echo Technologies directly for all questions and issues related to this limited warranty. Do not contact the retail store, dealer, or reseller where you purchased this product. Any potential issues, questions, or requests directed to retail stores, dealers, resellers, or other parties are not covered by the limited warranty. They are not authorized to take any action under this limited warranty, and we are not responsible for any delays or related consequences due to the communications directed to any party other than Echo Technologies.
This limited Warranty is personal to you as the original owner and cannot be transferred to any other person. You will be responsible for all costs associated with handling and transportation related to the original equipment and any replacement equipment.
