Echo Family Pitcher

The Echo Pitcher is a compact and efficient Hydrogen Water Enrichment Device. The Echo Pitcher is designed to be portable and rechargeable.

As the original owner (“Owner,” you), your new Echo Pitcher is covered by the industry-leading 5-year warranty (“Warranty”).  If your Echo Pitcher has a defect while covered under this Warranty, Echo Technologies LLC (“Echo,” we, us) will implement the remedies outlined in the warranty according to the terms of this warranty.

Echo Pitcher is designed for indoor use with filtered or bottled drinking water. The water entering the pitcher should comply with US EPA drinking water regulations.

THIS DEVICE IS NOT DESIGNED TO BE SUBMERGED IN WATER AND IS NOT DISHWASHER SAFE. WATER DAMAGE WILL VOID THE WARRANTY.

This limited warranty provides you, as the original purchaser, with specific legal rights. Depending on the state in which you live and where you purchased the product, you may have additional rights.

Please contact Echo Technologies directly for all questions and issues related to this limited warranty. Do not contact the retail store, dealer, or reseller where you purchased this product. The limited warranty does not cover any potential issues, questions, or requests directed to retail stores, dealers, resellers, or other parties. They are not authorized to take any action under this limited warranty, and we are not responsible for any delays or related consequences due to the communications directed to any party other than Echo Technologies.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty is limited in scope and covers only the following defects:

  • Any factory defects to the internal or external components of the device.
  • Any material physical flaw in the device manifesting in the exterior enclosure, including splits or cracks in the case, delamination of glued surfaces, and broken or defective screens or displays that impact the device's performance and are not caused by improper use or handling of the equipment.
  • This limited warranty covers only the core equipment and does not cover any other accessories included with or attached to the device.
  • This limited warranty is personal to you as the original owner and cannot be transferred to any other person. You will be responsible for all costs associated with handling and transportation related to the original equipment and/or any replacement equipment.

Warranty Claim Submission

To maintain eligibility for this limited warranty, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be purchased from echowater.com or an authorized Echo Water dealer. Devices purchased from private marketplaces (such as eBay or social media private selling platforms) are not eligible for warranty coverage, as they are not sold through authorized channels.

  • Original Ownership: Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser.

    • If the product was gifted, the recipient must have access to the original order information.

    • Warranty coverage ends if the product is resold or transferred to another person.

  • Proof of Purchase (for third-party sales): You must provide a copy of the original store receipt showing:

    • Date of purchase

    • Place of purchase

    • Purchase price

Warranty Claim Submission

  • Proof of troubleshooting completion, including a photo or video clearly showing the reported issue while troubleshooting steps are being performed. (SEE THE TROUBLESHOOTING REQUIREMENT SECTION IN THIS WARRANTY.)

  • Device serial number

  • Current shipping address confirmation

  • You may be required to return your current device to Echo Water to receive warranty coverage. Do not dispose of the device or any of its components unless Echo Water specifically instructs you to do so. Disposing of the product without authorization may void your warranty coverage.

To file a valid warranty claim, we’ll need the following information:

  • Completion of troubleshooting is required. Our support team will first gather the necessary information and guide you through education or troubleshooting steps that may resolve the issue. You may be asked to provide documentation, photos, or videos so we can clearly assess and diagnose the concern.
This includes a short video that clearly shows:

    • The device serial number

    • The issue being reported was captured while the recommended troubleshooting steps were being performed
(Please refer to the Troubleshooting Requirements section of this warranty for details.)
If we’re unable to see the reported issue clearly, we may request additional documentation.

  • Current shipping address confirmation
Required if a replacement is approved.

  • Return of the device (if requested)
In some cases, Echo Water may require the device to be returned for inspection and/or to complete warranty coverage.
Do not dispose of the device or any of its components unless you are specifically instructed to do so by Echo Water. Disposing of the product without authorization will void warranty coverage.

  • This process helps us accurately diagnose issues, support our engineering team, and ensure warranty claims are handled fairly and efficiently.

Warranty Limitations & Exclusions

Non-Performance Components Disclaimer: Components that do not directly impact hydrogen production—such as the notification speaker, LED lighting, or other auxiliary features—are not covered under this warranty. These elements are considered non-essential to the core function of the device and may be subject to wear or damage due to environmental exposure (including moisture) or physical impact (such as movement causing internal components like the circuit board to shift). As long as the device continues to properly generate hydrogen, these non-performance-related components are not eligible for standard warranty coverage.

  • The device's battery is not covered under the warranty; however, if you are experiencing an issue, please contact our support team.
  • Accessories, such as the lid, charging cord, and power block, are covered under warranty only within the first 30 days from the date you receive your product.
  • Warranty coverage will be void if the product has been intentionally or negligently damaged, misused, or improperly maintained. You may find all product guidelines for use and maintenance in the Echo Family Pitcher User Manual.
  • To ensure full warranty coverage, your Echo Water product must be purchased from an authorized seller. Purchases made through non-authorized sellers cannot be verified by Echo Water and are not eligible for warranty service.

Exclusions include damage from:

  • Physical damage such as cracks, breaks, scratches, stains, or dents to the outer casing, lid, or display screen is not covered under warranty and may impact eligibility for coverage if it is determined that the external damage contributed to internal failure. Device repair for these incidents is not available. If your pitcher arrives damaged, please report it to Echo Support upon receipt of delivery to obtain coverage under Echo Shipping Protection. We will require photos of the damage as well as photos of the shipping box your order arrived in to submit your claim.
  • Damage resulting from exposure to harsh chemicals or from using substances other than water or approved cleaning agents as outlined in the Echo Family Pitcher User Manual.

  • Staining or discoloration.
  • Use or storage in excessively hot or humid environments.
  • Prolonged exposure to the sun.
  • Use or storage in refrigerator, freezer, or in extreme cold temperatures.

  • Water or humidity damage to the electrical ports or the screen.

  • Contact with insects or animals.

  • Use with hard water.

  • Physical damage or soiling, including bodily fluids.

  • Theft or loss.

Maintenance-Related Exclusions

  • The warranty does not cover issues that may arise due to unauthorized repairs or alterations.
  • The warranty does not cover performance issues resulting from improper or infrequent cleaning. Conditions such as mold, mildew, residue or film buildup, or changes in taste or odor are not considered product defects and are typically caused by maintenance practices or water quality.

Your Remedies

If your equipment is found to be defective during the warranty period and you are the original owner, Echo Technologies may, at its sole discretion, take one of the following actions:

  • Repair the product.

  • Provide replacement parts to resolve the issue.

  • Issue a refurbished replacement unit of equal or comparable value if a part replacement is not available. If a new full replacement is approved, coverage will be applied based on the prorated schedule. For years 2–5, this may result in a partial balance due for the replacement.

  • Or offer a prorated refund in the form of store credit based on the original purchase price (excluding taxes, shipping, or any additional fees or protection coverages) if a part or device replacement is not available.

Store Credit Schedule (Prorated Refund):

  • Year 1: 100% of the original purchase price

  • Year 2: 75% of the original purchase price

  • Year 3: 50% of the original purchase price

  • Year 4: 25% of the original purchase price

  • Year 5: 25% of the original purchase price
  • After Year 5: 0% (warranty period ends)

Please note: Store credit must be used toward the purchase of a new product from Echo Technologies.

Troubleshooting Requirement

Before determining warranty eligibility:

  • Customer Service or Technical Support will guide you through education and/or troubleshooting steps. After troubleshooting is complete and supporting evidence is provided to the support team, Echo Water will decide on the best resolution, which may be offered in the form of:

    • Replacement part when available.

    • Full or partial device replacement.  If a full replacement is approved, coverage will be applied based on the prorated schedule. For years 2–5, this may result in a partial balance due for the replacement.

    • Store credit based on the original purchase price (excluding taxes, shipping, or any additional fees or protection coverages). Refunds to the original payment method are not available under warranty.

Many common issues can be resolved without replacement through simple adjustments and/or minor fixes that do not require warranty coverage.

Replacements

  • One warranty replacement is allowed per purchased item lifetime. If the device has already been replaced under warranty, no additional full replacements may be available. If a replacement device is experiencing issues, please contact our support team for further guidance.

  • All replacement products will carry the original warranty date, not the date you receive the replacement unit. The warranty period does not restart or extend when a replacement product is issued.

Testing Tool Disclaimer

  • After-market testing meters and blue reagent tests are not accepted as proof for warranty purposes, as they do not accurately measure hydrogen levels.

Discontinued Products

  • If your product is discontinued, we may not be able to offer an identical replacement. In such cases, we will provide a satisfactory alternative solution to fulfill your warranty obligations.

ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS AND WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY FOR ANY COSTS, FEES, DAMAGES, OR OTHER AMOUNTS OTHER THAN AS SPECIFIED HEREIN. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED YOUR ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE.
