There are 2 cycle times to allow you to better control the hydrogen levels in your water. Some people are more sensitive and experience detox effects when beginning or if they have consumed a lot of hydrogen-rich water. It's usually best to start with a smaller amount (8-12 ounces of a lower PPM or 1 cycle) and gradually increase your intake while monitoring any changes in your body's response. This will help you find the "sweet spot" for your body!
