Echo Water Conditioner Warranty
The Echo Water Conditioner is a robust salt-free water conditioning system that is ideal for large families with large homes, capable of treating up to 25 grains of total hardness at up to 10 gallons per minute.
As the original owner (“Owner,” you), your new Echo Water conditioner is covered by the industry-leading 10-year warranty (“Warranty”). If your Echo Water conditioner has a defect while covered under this Warranty, Echo Technologies LLC (“Echo,” we, us) will implement the remedies outlined in the warranty according to the terms of this warranty.
Echo Water conditioner is designed for use indoors, with potable water or drinking water found in most municipal water systems. The water entering the filter should be compliant with US EPA regulations for drinking water. The pressure for the water connected to the filter should fall within United States building codes for normal household water pressures, typically between 30 and 60 PSI.
This limited warranty provides you, as the original purchaser, specific legal rights. You may have additional rights, depending on the state in which you live and where you purchased the product.
Please contact Echo Technologies directly for all questions and issues related to this limited warranty. Do not contact the retail store, dealer, or reseller where you purchased this product. Any potential issues, questions, or requests directed to retail stores, dealers, resellers, or other parties are not covered by the limited warranty. They are not authorized to take any action under this limited warranty, and we are not responsible for any delays or related consequences due to the communications directed to any party other than Echo Technologies.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty is limited in scope and covers only the following defects:
- Any factory defects to the internal or external components of the device.
- Any material physical flaw in the device that manifests in the exterior enclosure. Including splits or cracks in the case. Delamination of glued surfaces. Broken or defective screens or displays. That impacts the performance of the device and is not caused by improper use or handling of the equipment.
This limited warranty covers only the core equipment and does not cover any other accessories attached to the device,e including plumbing fixtures and fittings, tubing, filters, or other components and accessories.
This limited Warranty is personal to you as the original owner and cannot be transferred to any other person. You will be responsible for all costs associated with handling and transportation related to the original equipment and any replacement equipment.
Warranty Exceptions

The Echo Water Conditioner system must be installed and serviced by an authorized Echo Water dealer or another entity approved by Echo Water.

Any component failure must not result from abuse, fire, freezing, acts of nature, violence, or improper installation.

Equipment must be installed and operated in compliance with local plumbing codes and on an approved water supply.

Equipment is limited to use at water pressures not exceeding 100 PSI and temperatures not exceeding 110°F.

The water supply must not exceed 3.0 PPM chlorine. For water supplies exceeding 3.0 PPM chlorine, pretreatment is required. (Please contact your Echo Water treatment specialist.)

Information including model number, serial number, and installation date must be provided for any warranty claim.

Defective parts are subject to inspection by Echo Water or an authorized representative before any warranty adjustment is finalized.

Echo Water reserves the right to make changes or substitutions in parts or equipment with materials of equal quality or value and current production standards.
Limitations
Our obligation under this warranty regarding the tank or valve is limited to either replacing or, at our discretion, repairing any component that proves defective within the warranty period, to our satisfaction. Replacement parts will be delivered to the owner F.O.B. from the nearest factory at no cost, excluding freight and local labor charges, if applicable.
Our warranty obligation for the Conditioner media is limited to providing a replacement within two (2) years from the original date of installation. The replacement media will be delivered to the owner F.O.B. from the nearest factory at no cost, excluding freight and local labor charges, if applicable.
Damage to the media caused by chlorine, other oxidizers, fouling, or operation outside the specified parameters is not covered under this warranty.
Echo Water shall not be liable for freight, handling or labor charges, or for any consequential damages.
Your Remedies
If the equipment is deemed defective by Echo Technologies during the time you, as the original owner, continue to own the equipment. we will be responsible, in our sole discretion, for either repairing the equipment or providing new or refurbished replacement product or the equivalent credit amount (Warranty Credit) to you equal to a prorated percentage of your original purchase price (less any taxes, handling, transportation, or other fees). Any credit amounts given must be applied exclusively to the purchase of a new product from us, according to the following schedule:
- During the first 1 years or original ownership by you, the warranty Credit shall be 100% of the original purchase price (less any taxes, handling, transportation, or other fees).
- During year 2 of original ownership by you, the warranty credit shall be 75% and decrease 10% for each additional year through year 10.

Repair Cost Schedule
At our discretion we may choose to repair the device rather than or prior to issuing a replacement or a credit. Repairs are billed at $125 per hour plus parts and shipping. These costs will be Prorated based on the warranty schedule below.
- During the first 1 years or original ownership by you, the Warranty Credit shall be 100% of the original purchase price (less any taxes, handling, transportation, or other fees).
- During year 2 of original ownership by you, the warranty credit shall be 75% and decrease 10% for each additional year through year 10.

Additional Conditions
For this limited warranty to be valid, you must:
- Purchase the machine from an authorized dealer.
- Be the original consumer or purchaser. Coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer possession of the equipment.
- Provide proof of original purchase via copy of original store receipt reflecting proof of purchase date, place of purchase, and purchase price.
- Provide proof of installation by a licensed Plumber
Please note:
- Customer service and Technical Support will go through troubleshooting steps prior to sending out a full replacement unit.
- Only one replacement is permitted per item. If a replacement has already been received under warranty, no further replacements will be provided.
ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS AND WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY FOR ANY COSTS, FEES, DAMAGES, OR OTHER AMOUNTS, OTHER THAN AS SPECIFIED HEREIN. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED YOUR ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE.
