Your Customer Account is the primary tool for managing your subscriptions.
To access your account, you can:
- Click on the person icon located in the top right corner of the page.
- Navigate to the "Customer Account" link under the "Information" section in the footer of the website.
- Or follow this link here: Customer Account
To log in, you will enter your email and a code will be sent to the email you provided in order for you to log in.
Customer Account Actions
1. You will be able to view Order History
- Displays all orders, including non-subscription purchases.
2. Go to the Return portal
- Where you can return, exchange, and file a shipping or warranty claim.
3. View your Subscriptions
- Where you can return, exchange, and file a shipping or warranty claim.
Subscription Actions
1. Skip an Order
- Click "Skip" and select the appropriate action from the pop-up menu.
2. Get Your Next Order Now
- Click "Get Now" to process your upcoming order immediately.
3. Change the Next Order Date
- Select "Next Order Date" and choose your preferred delivery date.
4. Update Payment Method
- Click "Edit Billing" to update your payment method or add a new card.
5. Add Products to a Subscription
- Click "Edit Products" and select the products you’d like to add.
- Set the frequency to “Subscription”.
6. Add One-Time Products to Your Next Order
- Click "Edit Products" and choose the items to add to your next shipment.
- Set the frequency to “One Time”.
7. Create Custom Shipping Intervals
- Click "Edit Frequency" and select the desired shipping interval.
8. Edit Shipping Address
- Under "Shipping Information," click "Edit" to update your address.
9. Pause Your Subscription
- Click "Pause" to suspend your subscription indefinitely.
10. Unpause Your Subscription
- Click "Unpause" to reactivate a paused subscription.
