How do I manage my Subscriptions?

Your Customer Account is the primary tool for managing your subscriptions.

To access your account, you can:

  • Click on the person icon located in the top right corner of the page.
  • Navigate to the "Customer Account" link under the "Information" section in the footer of the website.
  • Or follow this link here: Customer Account

To log in, you will enter your email and a code will be sent to the email you provided in order for you to log in.

Customer Account Actions

1. You will be able to view Order History

  • Displays all orders, including non-subscription purchases.

2. Go to the Return portal

  • Where you can return, exchange, and file a shipping or warranty claim.

3. View your Subscriptions

  • Where you can return, exchange, and file a shipping or warranty claim.

Subscription Actions

1. Skip an Order

  • Click "Skip" 
  • and select the appropriate action from the pop-up menu.

2. Get Your Next Order Now

  • Click "Get Now" to process your upcoming order immediately.

3. Change the Next Order Date

  • Select "Next Order Date" and choose your preferred delivery date.

4. Update Payment Method

  • Click "Edit" next to "Billing" to update your payment method or add a new card.

5. Add Products to a Subscription

  • Click "Edit Products" 
  • and select the products you’d like to add.
  • Set the frequency to “Subscription”.
  • To Add One-Time products to your next order: Set frequency to "One Time"

6. Create Custom Shipping Intervals

  • Click "More" and "Edit Frequency" and select the desired shipping interval.

7. Edit Shipping Address

  • Under "Shipping Information," click "Edit" to update your address.

8. Pause Your Subscription

  • Click "More" and then "Pause" to suspend your subscription indefinitely.
  • Once paused, the option will say "Unpause". Simply click this to reactivate a paused subscription.

9. Cancel Your Subscription

  • You are able to cancel your subscription after 2 subscription cycles are complete.
  • Click "More" and then "Cancel".
