Echo Water Friends & Family Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Echo Water Referral Program! We’re excited to reward you for sharing the benefits of clean, hydrogen-rich water with your friends and family. Please review the following terms and conditions carefully before participating.

Eligibility

• The referral program is open to all Echo Water customers with an active account.

• Participants must be 18 years or older.

• The referral must be a new customer to Echo Water

How It Works

1. Sign up or log in to your account: If you don't already have an account with us, sign up to start sharing!

2. Share Your Unique Link: As an Echo Water customer, you’ll receive a unique referral link to share with your friends and family.

   • You will be given the option to choose to share by either a link, email, or WhatsApp.

3. Referral Purchase: Your referral must be new to Echo Water AND use your unique link to place an order of $100 or more.

4. Receive Your Reward: Once your referral’s qualifying purchase is confirmed, you will receive an email notifying you of your $50 reward in Echo Water store credit.

Reward Details

• Referral rewards are issued as store credit and can only be redeemed at echowater.com.

• Referral rewards are earned only when your unique referral link is used at the time of a new purchase and cannot be applied to orders that have already been placed.

• The referral credit cannot be exchanged for cash or applied toward prior purchases.

• A paid product must be in the cart to redeem your referral reward.

• Referral rewards cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers.

• The referred customer must be redeemed within 30 days.
• The referrer’s reward expires 90 days after it is issued.

Additional Terms

• Orders that are canceled, refunded, or fraudulent will not qualify for referral rewards.

• Echo Water reserves the right to verify all referrals and disqualify any participant suspected of misuse or violation of these terms.

• Referral rewards are subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice.

• By participating, you agree to comply with these terms and all applicable Echo Water policies.
