How do I access My Account?

Your Customer Account is where you can track your packages, start a return, exchange, claim, and manage your subscriptions.

To access your account, you can:

  1. Click on the person icon located in the top right corner of the page.
  2. Navigate to the Footer for the website to the "My Account" link under the "Customer Support" section.
  3. Or follow this link here: Customer Account

To log in, you will enter your email address (the one used while placing your order) and a code will be sent to the email you provided in order for you to log in.

Once you log in, under the "Account" tab, you are able to view:

  1. Your recent orders
    • You can also click on the order you need to cancel or submit an return/exchange
  2. Your Recently view products (jump back in)
  3. Product Recommendations (find new favorites)

Under the "Home" tab, you are able to:

  1. Track a package
  2. Start a return, exchange, or claim
  3. Manage your Subscriptions
  4. Review FAQs by Product
  5. Register your Product
  6. Product Manuals
