Your Customer Account is where you can track your packages, start a return, exchange, claim, and manage your subscriptions.
To access your account, you can:
- Click on the person icon located in the top right corner of the page.
- Navigate to the Footer for the website to the "My Account" link under the "Customer Support" section.
- Or follow this link here: Customer Account
To log in, you will enter your email address (the one used while placing your order) and a code will be sent to the email you provided in order for you to log in.
Once you log in, under the "Account" tab, you are able to view:
- Your recent orders
- You can also click on the order you need to cancel or submit an return/exchange
- Your Recently view products (jump back in)
- Product Recommendations (find new favorites)
Under the "Home" tab, you are able to:
- Track a package
- Start a return, exchange, or claim
- Manage your Subscriptions
- Review FAQs by Product
- Register your Product
- Product Manuals
