Customer Account Overview
Your Customer Account is your central hub for managing everything related to your orders. From here, you can:
Track your shipments
Start returns, exchanges, and claims
Submit warranty requests
Manage subscriptions and payment methods
How to Access Your Account
You can access your Customer Account in any of the following ways:
Click the person icon in the top-right corner of the website
Scroll to the footer and select “My Account” under the Customer Support section

How to Log In
To log in:
Enter the email address used when placing your order
A secure login code will be sent to your email
Enter the code to access your account
What You’ll See After Logging In
Once logged in, you’ll be taken to your Subscriptions page.
If you do not currently have any active subscriptions, you will see a message indicating that none are associated with your email address.
Available Account Options
You’ll have access to the following buttons and tools:
Returns / Claims
Directs you to our portal to submit:
Returns
Exchanges
Shipping claims
Warranty requests
Order History
View all orders placed with your email address, including:
Order date
Order number
Purchased items
Shipping and tracking details
Subtotals, taxes, shipping fees, and discounts
Add Backup Card
Add a secondary payment method — especially helpful for subscription orders — to prevent shipment delays due to payment issues.
Logout
Securely sign out of your account when finished.
