We recommend avoiding refrigeration for your Echo Flask. While chilling it may not cause immediate problems, it can lead to issues over time, such as condensation accumulating behind the screen, potentially affecting performance and voiding your warranty.
Want chilled water?
Simply pour your hydrogenated water into a separate glass with ice after the cycle is complete — that way, you get cool water without compromising performance.
Also, please avoid microwaving, refrigerating, or freezing the Echo Flask™ to maintain its performance and longevity.
