INTRODUCTION
The Echo Water Conditioner utilizes advanced Template Assisted Crystallization® (TAC®) technology to prevent scale buildup. This process transforms dissolved hardness minerals, like calcium carbonate (CaCO₃), into microscopic crystals. These harmless crystals remain suspended in the water, effectively isolating the hardness minerals so they can no longer adhere to pipes, fixtures, or appliances.

How It Works
Crystal Formation
The Echo Water Conditioner uses advanced Template Assisted Crystallization (TAC) technology. As water passes through the system, the surface of specially engineered polymer beads attracts hardness minerals like calcium and magnesium. These ions are converted into microscopic crystals, forming stable structures that serve as templates for additional mineral ions.
Crystal Release
Once these crystals reach a certain size, they detach and remain suspended in the water. In this crystalline form, the minerals are rendered inactive—they cannot attach to surfaces, form scale, or interfere with soap and detergents.
This innovative process ensures that hardness minerals pass harmlessly through your plumbing system and appliances. The result: cleaner pipes, longer-lasting equipment, and no noticeable change in your water—just better performance and peace of mind.
