Signing Up & Creating and Account

Even if you have an account on Echowater.com, you will need to create an account with the app specifically.

Password Requirements

  • Must be at least 6 characters long.
  • Must include at least one special character (e.g., !, @, #, etc.).
  • The app will display a small indicator to show the password requirements.

Verification Email

After signing up, you will receive a verification email from info@echowater.com.

  • This email will contain a verification code (expires after 48 hours).
  • To complete verification, enter the code in the app. 
    • Tap the boxes to open your keyboard, then type in the code when it pops up.

  • You will then be redirected to pair your Flask(s)  

Profile and Settings

To access your Profile and Settings in the Echo Water App, tap the three horizontal lines in the top-right corner of the Home screen.

From here, you can manage the following:

Edit Your Profile

  • Update your first and last name

  • Change your phone number

Note: Email addresses cannot be changed. If you need to use a different email, you’ll need to create a new account.

Change Your Password

Under Settings, select Change Password, then:

  1. Enter your current password

  2. Enter your new password

  3. Confirm your new password

Edit Your Goals

Your goals are displayed on the Home screen and can be customized based on your individual needs. Factors such as activity level, health status, and personal preferences may influence how much hydrogen water you choose to drink.

You can adjust:

  • Flasks per day (default: 3)

  • Hydrogen intake (mg) (default: 6)

  • Daily water intake (default: 72 oz)

After making your changes, tap Change Goals to save.

Log Out

Sign out of your account at any time.

Delete Account

Permanently remove your account and associated data.

Didn't Receive the Verification Code Email

  • Check your spam folder.
  • Click the "Resend" button to request a new verification email.
  • Any email address with strong security settings or associated with platforms like .edu or .gov may not receive the verification code due to blocking by their email service. 
    • We suggest using a different email address instead.

I Forgot my Password to the App

  • Click the "Forgot Password" link.
  • Enter your email address.
  • You will receive an email with a reset link.
  • Click the link to reset your password within the app.

"Credentials are incorrect" Error when Signing into the App

  • Make sure you created an account with the app. 
  • Even if you have an account on Echowater.com, you will need to create an account with the app specifically.
  • If that is not the issue, Try Resetting your password
    • Click the "Forgot Password" link.
    • Enter your email address.
    • You will receive an email with a reset link.
    • Click the link to reset your password within the app.

If you continue to experience an issue, please contact us using 🔗this form with the following:

  • Email address used to log into the app

  • Flask serial number

Our team will notify our developers and follow up with updates.

Good to know: Even if the app is temporarily experiencing issues, your Flask will continue producing hydrogen normally. You can keep using it with confidence while improvements are rolled out.

Software or App-related Issues are not covered by the warranty unless they directly affect the Flask's Hydrogen Generation.
