Through the Echo Water App, on the homepage under Devices, you can Run a Hydrogen or Clean cycle, personalize your Flask, and find any device information. This article walks you through how to do each of these, step by step.

How to Add a Device to the App

  • When you click the "+" plus button next to the "Devices" section, it will start searching for devices near you
    • If all your devices are connected to the app, it will say "No devices found"
  • It will take your through the pairing process you went through when you first added your device to the app.

Device Options

Within the app, tap on one of your paired Flasks to open that device’s homepage. From here, you can personalize settings, start a hydrogen cycle, or run a cleaning cycle.

Rename Your Flask

You can update your Flask’s name at any time.

  1. Tap the pencil icon next to the current device name.

  2. You’ll be taken to the Edit Device Name screen.

  3. Enter the new name.

  4. Tap Update Device Name to save.

Disconnect or Unpair

The three dots in the left hand corner will give you the option to disconnect or unpair your flask. 

  • Disconnect: The Flask remains paired but is temporarily disconnected. You can only view data from one Flask at a time.

  • Unpair: Completely removes the Flask from your devices and stops tracking its data in the app.

Run a Hydrogen Cycle

Tap Run Hydrogen Cycle to start a hydrogen cycle on the currently selected Flask.

Run a Cleaning Cycle

Tap Clean Flask to begin a cleaning cycle on the selected Flask.

Cycle Notifications (Alert Sound - Chime On/Off)

Toggle Chime on to hear a beep when a cycle is complete.

Change the LED Light Color

Choose from a variety of LED color options, including:
Dreamland, Passion, True Blue, Peacock, Stone, Sol, Cadmium, Poppy, Mango, Scarlet, Fuchsia, Tucson, Plumeria, and Pinkesque.

Note: LED color changes are only visible while a cycle is running. If no cycle is active, the Flask may appear unchanged.

Screen Display: Dark or Light Mode

  • Turn Dark Mode on for a black screen background.

  • Turn Dark Mode off for a white screen background.

Auto-Lock Timing

Use the adjustable slider to set how quickly the Flask screen auto-locks.

  • Lock time can be adjusted between 1–10 seconds.

Device Information

At the bottom of the device homepage, you can view:

  • The current Firmware Version installed on your Flask

  • The last date and time your Flask synced with the app
