Sign Up & Log In
1. Creating an Account
- After signing up, you will receive a verification email from info@echowater.com.
- This email will contain a verification code.
- Enter the code in the app to complete verification.
- You will then be redirected to the login page to enter your email and password.
If You Don’t Receive the Email
- Check your spam folder.
- Click the "Resend" button to request a new verification email.
Password Requirements
- Must be at least 6 characters long.
- Must include at least one special character (e.g., !, @, #, etc.).
- The app will display a small indicator to show the password requirements.
Resetting Your Password
If you forget your password, follow these steps:
- Click the "Forgot Password" link.
- Enter your email address.
- You will receive an email with a reset link.
- Click the link to reset your password within the app.
You're In!
Once logged in, you can choose to:
✅ Walk through helpful information by clicking "Next".
⏩ Skip the walkthrough by selecting "Skip" in the top right corner.
Want to go through the walkthrough again? You can!
- Open the Echo Water App.
- Navigate to the "Profile" option in the app menu.
- Click "In App Tip"
If enabled, the app will guide you through its core features step by step again.
- The walkthrough remains active until you navigate through all key pages.
- You can turn this feature on or off at any time.
Connecting Your Echo Flask™
Step 1: Put Your Flask in Pairing Mode
Before connecting, ensure your Echo Flask™ is in pairing mode.
- On your Flask go to settings (gear icon ⚙️).
- Select "Not Paired" to begin the connection process.
Step 2: Connect Your Flask to the App
- On the app, click Start → Begin Pairing to search for your flask.
- If your flask is not found, you can search again.
- Ensure the following:
✅ Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.
✅ Your flask is on and in pairing mode.
✅ Your phone and flask are close to each other.
Confirm Your Flask’s Connection Status
- The Bluetooth symbol in the upper left corner will indicate connection status:
- White = Not connected
- Teal = Paired and connected
Once paired, you can give your flask a name for easy identification.
- After pairing, you will be guided through an onboarding process to explore the different features of the app.
- Once onboarding is complete, you will be directed to the home screen.
You’re all set! Enjoy using your Echo Flask™ with the app.
Setting Your Hydration Goals
In the Echo Water App, you can set and track goals for:
- H₂ – Total amount of hydrogen consumed
- Water – Total ounces of water consumed
- Flasks – Number of full flasks consumed
How to Set a Goal
- Tap on “Goals” in the bottom navigation bar.
- Under each section (H₂, Water, Flasks), tap “Create a Goal”.
- Enter your personal goal.
- Tap “Create Goal” to save.
Your daily goal will now be updated in the app!
Week 1 Training
- When you first start, you may see a “Week 1” training program.
- This program encourages you to drink at least one flask per day and provides educational tips along the way.
- You can check your progress daily, even if you miss a day—you’ll simply pick up where you left off.
Editing/Deleting Goals
- Tap on “Goals” in the bottom navigation bar.
- within each goal setting section (H₂, Water, Flasks), click the three dots
- You can "edit goal" or "delete goal"
Team Goals
In the Goals section, you have the option to create a Team Goal to track progress with friends.
Creating a Team Goal
- Scroll to the bottom of the Goals section.
- Locate "Team Goal – Create Social Goal" with a plus (+) icon on the right.
- Tap the plus icon to begin setting up your goal.

Customize your goal by:
- Setting the goal parameters.
- Adding friends.
- Naming your team goal.
Adding Friends to a Team Goal
Before inviting friends to a Team Goal, you must first add them as friends in the app.
How to Add Friends:
- Navigate to the Profile section in the app menu.
- Tap the Friend Tracking icon located under your name.
- Click the plus (+) button in the top right corner.
- Search for the friend you want to invite.
- Send them an invitation.

Tracking Your Goals
Stay on top of your hydration progress by reviewing your daily stats.
How to Track Your Progress
- Go to the Home screen of the app.
- Select a specific day to view detailed stats.
- Your actual consumption vs. goal progress will be displayed.
This allows you to monitor trends and stay on track with your hydration goals!
Manually Adding Water
- Open the Echo Water App.
- On the home page, go to the "Today's Progress" section
- At the top right corner of this section there will be a "add water"
- Add in your water intake "in ounces" for water you drink outside of the Flask.
- Click "Add Water"
Protocols
Protocols are a great way to set reminders for hydration and wellness routines. The app includes pre-created protocols that you can activate, customize, or create on your own.
Pre-Created Protocols Available:
- 5-Day Morning Fitness Routine
- 5-Day Afternoon Fitness Routine
- Hydrogen Warrior Health Routine
Each protocol provides a structured routine, educational insights, and the flexibility to customize it to your needs.
Activating a Protocol
When you activate a protocol:
✅ You will start receiving reminders based on the routine.
✅ You will be given the option to update your hydration goals based on scientific findings.
- If you want to keep your original goals, select “No, Keep My Goals” after activation.
Customizing a Protocol
You can modify the days, times, and name of any pre-created protocol to fit your schedule.
Customizing the Days
- Tap on a day to activate or deactivate it.
- Active days will appear blue.
- Inactive days will be greyed out.
- If you want to apply the same schedule to all days, make sure:
- You are on the day you just changed before clicking the “Apply to All” button.
- Clicking this button will update all other days to match your new time.
- Note: This will also update inactive days, so you may need to turn off reminders for your rest days.
Customizing the Time
- Tap on the event to adjust the reminder time.
Creating Your Own Custom Protocol
Want to set up a personalized routine? Follow these steps:
- Tap “Create Custom Protocol”.
- Tap and hold on the time slot where you want to add a reminder.
- Set up your preferred schedule, reminders, and name for your protocol.

The Learning section of the Echo Water App provides access to valuable resources to help you maintain your Echo Flask™ and stay informed.

- On the Support Hub page, look for the “Chat” button in the bottom left corner.
- Tap to start a conversation with a customer service representative for real-time help.

Profile Section
Your Profile section keeps track of your streaks, friends, and personalized settings within the Echo Water App. From here, you can edit your profile, manage flask settings, update notifications, and access integrations to enhance your experience.
Editing Your Profile
To update your personal details:
- Tap "Edit Profile"
- You can modify your first name, last name, and email address
Adding Friends

- Search for the friend you want to invite.

Settings Overview
Under Settings, you can manage various app features, including your connected flasks, notifications, and integrations.
In this section, you can view and manage your connected flasks. The app allows you to have multiple flasks connected at once. Select the flask you wish to use and access the following options:
1. Personalization Settings
You can customize your flask’s:
✅ LED Light – Change the color of the light inside your bottle (visible only during a cycle).
✅ Flask Sound – Enable/disable a beep sound when a cycle completes (default is off).
✅ LCD Screen Mode – Switch between light mode and dark mode for the flask’s screen.
✅ Wake-Up Settings – Adjust how long you want the LCD screen to stay on before shutting off.
2. Start a Cycle
Tap “Start Cycle” to begin a hydrogen cycle directly from the app.
3. Stop a Cycle
You can stop a running cycle at any time from the app.
4. Start a Cleaning Cycle
Initiate a cleaning cycle for your flask to maintain optimal performance.

- Click "Flasks" and select the flask you are wanting to personalize
- Select "Personalize Flask"
- This is where you can change the LED Light, Flask Sound Settings, LCD Screen to Light/Dark Mode, and the Flask Wake Up Settings.
See updates on completed cycles, achievements, and other alerts. This is where you will also Accept or ignore friend requests.

- Click "Notifications"
You can also access your notifications and achievements by tapping the Trophy and Alarm icons in the top right corner of the app.
- The Trophy icon displays your achievements
- The Alarm icon shows all your notifications.
You can update your password within the app by entering your current password first, then confirming your new password twice.

Notifications allow you to receive updates and reminders from the app.
