The Echo One™ is a high-purity, under-counter hydrogen water system designed to deliver clean, hydrogen-enriched water every day. By combining advanced reverse osmosis filtration with on-demand hydrogen generation, the Echo One helps ensure the water being infused with hydrogen is purified first—supporting efficient hydrogen production while helping limit unwanted contaminants or byproducts.

Whether installed in a home, wellness space, or shared environment, the Echo One provides a convenient and reliable way to enjoy purified, hydrogen-enriched water on demand.

• To keep your RO membrane working at its best and to extend its lifespan, we recommend maintaining water hardness below 7 grains per gallon (GPG) or around 120 parts per million (ppm). TIP: Softened source water will extend the lift of the RO membrane.
• The Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) level is the key thing to watch for when it comes to your RO system's performance. TDS measures all the dissolved substances in your water. So, even if your water is hard, as long as the TDS coming out of your RO unit is within the right range, you’re good to go!

The Echo One generates 2–4 ppm hydrogen-enriched water, delivering high concentrations of dissolved hydrogen while utilizing purified water to help reduce the potential for unwanted byproducts such as chlorine-related compounds or heavy metals.

Echo One™ FAQs

How often do the filters need to be replaced?

Filter replacement frequency depends on water usage and local water quality. As a general guideline:

• PP/CTO pre-filters: Every 6–12 months

• RO membrane: Every 9–18 months

More detailed maintenance guidance will be provided to help you determine the best replacement schedule for your system.

How long does the UV light last?

The UV purification light is designed to last the life of the machine under normal use.

The UV lamp is rated for approximately 8,000 hours of continuous operation. Because the UV light only activates while water is being dispensed, most users operate it for just a few minutes per day, making a 10-year lifespan well within expected performance.

Does the Echo One connect to an app?

Yes. The Echo One connects to the Echo mobile app, which serves as the system’s primary interface.

The unit does not include a built-in display, so system information, notifications, and settings will be accessed through the app. The app will provide updates such as system status, maintenance alerts, and filter replacement reminders.
